I was just about to call to rent a car and I just read the reviews. And it happen I came across many negative review mostly all giving the same type of complaint which made me have second thoughts about renting from this location .I have rented from This location on previous location and have not have a problem but for the waiting. But I rather tame no chanses.On.

The people who work here are really nice, helpful and enthusiastic. Nothing like I've ever experienced at, say, an airport rental place.

Extremely professional and courteous. Exceptional staff, really. The property could use a facelift. Driven by there million times and never noticed Enterprise was there.

I was attended by the manager Alexa in West New York location and the experience was excellent, car in good condition, personal service. Highly recommend
